Hey Everyone,
My friend Nikki & I have been exploring walking tracks around Ipswich. Nikki was diagnosed with diabetes late last year & we both decided to do something more about our heath.
We both have heath issues we are working on, for me it is my lower back/hips, I’ve been working on this at gym & it’s been slow going but I thought by getting out & walking some great walking trails with a great mate might help a lot both physically & mentally.
To help keep us both motivated we decided to do the Bridge to Brisbane, I have chosen to support Food Bank, who provide meals for those doing it tough, in the current climate.
Any amount you can contribute to support me & the amazing cause it would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to donate to Nikki Hangan as well.
